Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight.

• Western Malaysia : For the first 1kg and below, delivery charges : MYR 6.00.
                                    Subsequent kg will be charged at the rate of MYR 1.00.

• East Malaysia :        For the first 1kg and below, delivery charges : MYR 15.00.
                                    Subsequent kg will be charged at the rate of MYR 11.00.

To find out how much shipping is, add the items that you'd like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated after you've enter your shipping address.

Do you ship to my area?

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the Malaysia (Western & East)

Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.

For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

Can I track the shipping?

Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier. Nationwide Express tracking: http://www.nationwide2u.com/track.htm

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.

Do you ship outside of Malaysia?

At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia. We are unable to ship to any International address.
