We do not accept returns, refund or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 03-33191627 (11am - 6pm daily) with details of the product and the defect, we will be sure to fix this for you considering this is a fault!
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of items being delivered to your door. Any wear and tear or personal damage will not be covered. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items include:
- Discounted items
- Items bought through a promotion
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
